Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: March 29, 2026. By accessing or using mylearnings.circulixe.com and purchasing our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. "Platform" refers to the Circulixe Learning website. "Courses" refers to all educational content offered through our Platform. "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.

All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated. Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment and is for the individual purchaser only (non-transferable). Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if less than 30% of course content has been accessed. No refunds after 7 days or if more than 30% of content has been accessed. Refund requests must be submitted via email to chitharanjan.reddyp@gmail.com and will be processed within 7-10 business days.

All course content, including videos, text, images, code, and materials, is the exclusive property of Circulixe Learning. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or share course content. Users may not record, screenshot, or screen-capture course videos. Course certificates may be shared publicly on LinkedIn and other platforms. Certificates represent completion of training, not professional licensing.

Users agree NOT to: share account credentials or course access with others; redistribute, resell, or pirate course content; use automated tools to download or scrape content; post defamatory, abusive, or inappropriate content in forums; or interfere with the Platform's operation or security. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One account per person.

Circulixe Learning provides educational content and does not guarantee employment outcomes, salary increases, or certification exam results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
